Oppo O-Fresh wireless in-ear headset incoming: Full specifications

Published

on

Oppo has filed the patent for an upcoming O-Fresh in-ear headset. The report has come to Android Updated courtesy of Letsgodigital.

On February 18, 2019, a trademark was filed with the State Agency on Intellectual Property or The Republic of Moldova (AGEPI). The brand name application was submitted by GuangDong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications for the model name OPPO O-Fresh. The trademark is categorized as: ‘peripherals for use with computers and telephones, earplugs, headphones’.

From the description, we note that it is very likely to be new earplugs. In June last year the high-end Oppo Find X was introduced, shortly thereafter the O-Free wireless in-ear headset was unveiled. What can we expect in 2019?

Earlier this month, LetsGoDigital reported that the Chinese manufacturer has applied for brand protection for the name OPPO Find Z, possibly this will be the successor of the Find X. Although it can of course also become a completely new smartphone series. Perhaps almost simultaneously the new wireless Bluetooth earplugs will be introduced, in the form of the Oppo O-Fresh.

We will not have to wait until June before we hear from Oppo again. Tomorrow, 23 February 2019, the Oppo Innovation Event 2019 will take place in Barcelona, Spain. The smartphone manufacturer has already put a teaser online, which shows that we are very likely to hear more about the smartphone with 10x optical zoom that the company is developing. This technology was officially announced last month.

In addition, Oppo will most likely use the MWC 2019 to explain more information about the folding smartphone that is being developed. In November last year, Chuck Wang, product manager of Oppo, announced for the first time that Oppo also has a smartphone with a foldable screen in development.
