Meizu is going to launch the Meizu 16 lineup of smartphones in the month of August. The Meizu 16 and the Meizu 16 Plus are reportedly going to be the best flagships of the company so far.
As per the previous reports, the Meizu 16 will be launched in two different processor variants – one with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset and the other on a slightly modest and recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. There will, of course, be different names for the two variants which are still not revealed.
Huawei is reportedly working on launching a gaming smartphone as well as a foldable smartphone by the end of the year.
The device will make use of the company’s new GPU Turbo technology which can improve the graphical performance of a smartphone by up to 60% using the device software. Further, we can expect that the company will make use of the upcoming Kirin 980 chipset with the future gaming phone in order to drive maximum gaming performance. The device is also tipped to sport some sort of heat-dissipating technology which has never been used so far. We can expect up to 8GB of RAM with the device.
Alongside the flagship Meizu 16 lineup mentioned above, Meizu is also tipped to launch a mid-range smartphone dubbed the Meizu X8.
As of now, the official specifications of the device have not been revealed. What we know is that the Meizu X8 will sport an 18:9 aspect ratio display with very narrow bezels at the top and the bottom. There will be no notch at the top of the display. At the back, we are going to get a dual camera setup.
Under the hood, we are going to get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage which will have the scope of further expansion with the help of an external SD card.
Blackview, the company known for manufacturing rugged Android smartphones, has launched a new entry-level smartphone dubbed the Blackview A20 Pro.
The device comes equipped with a 5.5-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The device comes in colour variants – Gray, Golden, and Blue. The rear of the device is made of metal which, truth be told, looks and feels cheap. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the device.
Under the hood, we get a decent MediaTek MT6739 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can further be expanded with the help of an external SD card.
Xiaomi is reportedly working on launching the third generation of its Mi Mix lineup of smartphones. Recently, a bunch of live shots of the device popped up on the internet which show off the design language. You can check them all out by following the post below.
Huawei has officially confirmed that the upcoming Huawei Nova 3 will be launched on July 18. The device features a 6.3-inch FHD+ display giving out a resolution of 2240 x 1080 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio.
Under the hood, we get a 2.36 GHz octa-core processor which could be the mid-range Kirin 659 chipset. The processor is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage which can further be expanded with the help of an external SD card.
The upcoming Xiaomi monster, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro has constantly been into the news as of late. The device is reportedly going to be unveiled pretty soon and this has become even more legit after the device has got the National Communication Commission (NCC) certification.
Oppo is reportedly going to launch a new mid-range smartphone dubbed the Oppo A5. Recently, the specifications of the device have been spotted on the internet along with a couple of live shots.
As per the source, the Oppo A5 will sport a 6.2-inch HD+ display giving out a resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. There will be a notch at the top of the display which will house the front camera as well as the device’s sensors. The power button sits on the right side of the device whereas the volume rocker is on the left.
The Samsung W2019, codenamed Lykan, will feature a high-res dual camera setup and will once again be a clamshell phone. Unfortunately, the device will once again be China-specific. The premium flip smartphone by the company is going to be launched in the month of December and would cost more than $2600.
Samsung is reportedly going to launch a new smartphone in the market. The device dubbed the Samsung Galaxy J7 Aero has recently appeared on the Geekbench database. The model number which shows up on the database is SM-J737V. As per the Geekbench database, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Aero is going to be powered by the mid-range Exynos 7885 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is going to be the first smartphone by the company to run on the Android Go OS. Though the device will be making use of the Android Go version of Android, previous reports claim that the UI won’t be pure stock after all. We are going to get a skinned and toned down version of Samsung’s Experience UI instead.
Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Jean which is the rebranded version of the Samsung Galaxy A6+ (2018) which was launched in the month of May. The device is currently launched in the company’s home country of South Korea and differs from the Galaxy A6+ only in terms of the memory configuration.
