LG is reportedly working on launching a new budget smartphone dubbed the LG L423DL. The specifications of the device have recently got leaked.
As said, the device is going to be a budget smartphone, so we cannot expect much from it.
LG L423DL: What are the specifications?
Starting things off with the display, the LG L423DL will sport a 5.7-inch HD+ display (most probably without a notch) with a 1440×720 pixels resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio.
Under the hood, the device will be powered with a much dated Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset which will be coupled with 3GB of RAM (this, however, has not got confirmed yet, so we might as well take it with a pinch of salt) and 32GB of internal storage which will be expandable.
Moving on to the OS, the LG L423DL will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The company could have tried to provide us with Android 9 Pie. We certainly do not expect the device to receive an update in the future, so the latest version out of the box would not have hurt much.
As far as the photography aspect of the device is concerned, we will get a single 8MP shooter at the back with LED flash and a 5MP selfie snapper.
Moving on to the price of the device, we can expect the LG L423DL to be priced somewhere around $100 (previous reports have suggested that it will cost $99).
As of now, there is no word on the release date of the device, but we can expect to receive further intel on the same in the coming days.
