Samsung is going to launch the Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup of smartphones pretty soon.
The full specifications, features, live shots, and release date of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite have recently got leaked courtesy of Letsgodigital.
For a long time, there has been a demand for smartphones with a compact form factor. Only Sony managed to meet this demand, with its Xperia Compact models. If Samsung puts the S10 Lite on the market for a good price, this smartphone can become a real hit. Also, competitor Apple has achieved good sales results with the small and cheap iPhone XR.
Unlike its two bigger brothers, the Samsung S10 Lite will not have a fingerprint scanner under the display. By omitting such an expensive innovative function, the smartphone can simply be put on the market cheaper. Presumably, the Galaxy S10 Lite model will support wireless charging.
The cheapest Galaxy S10 is probably powered by the Exynos 9820 processor, the same 8nm chipset will also be used in the more expensive models. Although the amount of RAM memory will vary per model.
In other parts of the world (such as America) the smartphone is equipped with the 7nm Snapdragon 855 processor, which will have more top models in 2019, such as the LG G8. The Nokia 9 Pureview aside – the first smartphone with a fivefold camera – will be equipped with the Snapdragon 845. All mentioned devices will make their appearance at MWC 2019 in Barcelona.
As of now, there is still no word on the official price of any of the devices in the lineup, but we are sure to receive further intel on the same in the coming days as the launch date approaches.
