Vivo has quietly unveiled the Vivo Z1 Lite mid-range smartphone for $160. The device boasts of some decent specifications and considering the price point it is being offered at, it might turn out to be a decent choice for a smartphone.

Starting things off with the display, the Vivo Z1 Lite sports a 6.26-inch LCD FHD+ display giving out a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. There is a wide notch at the top of the display which houses the device’s front camera.

Under the hood, the device is powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can further be expanded with the help of an external SD card.

Moving on to the cameras of the device, the Vivo Z1 Lite sports a dual camera setup at the back (16 MP f/2.0 + 2 MP f/2.4) and a 16MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture.

Coming to the OS of the device, the Vivo Z1 Lite runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

As far as the battery is concerned, we get a decent 3,260 mAh battery. There is no scope of quick charging.

There is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner at the back. One can, however, unlock the device by using the device’s facial recognition mechanism.
