So far, we have received plenty of intel on the same. As a matter of fact, almost all the specifications of the device have already got leaked.
Now, a bunch of new live shots of the device has popped up on the internet which further reveal two color variants.
We already knew that the device will be launched in a Gold color variant. The newly leaked image shows that the color variant will be called Glaring Gold. The device will also be launched in a Glaze Blue color variant as well.
Though the image shows an interesting design at the back, it might not be the end product and we will most probably receive a Realme 2 lookalike at the back.
Coming to the specifications of the device, the Oppo A7 will come up with the following specifications:
Oppo A7: Leaked specifications
As per the sheet, the Oppo A7 will sport a 6.2-inch HD+ display giving out a resolution of 1,520 x 720 pixels and given that the Oppo A5 had a notch, we can certainly expect the A7 to sport one too (most probably, it will be a waterdrop notch). The device will measure 155.9mm x 75.4mm x 8.1mm and weigh in at 158 grams. Two color variants have been mentioned – Glaze Blue and Glaring Gold.
Under the hood, we are going to get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can further be expanded by up to 256GB with the help of an external SD card.
Moving to the cameras of the device, the Oppo A7 is going to sport a dual camera setup at the back (13MP, f/2.2 + 2MP, f/2.4) and a 16MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture.
As far as the battery is concerned, the Oppo A7 will be fueled by a massive 4,230 mAh battery which is pretty good considering the fact that the device has just an HD resolution display.
Coming to the OS, the Oppo A7 will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with the company’s proprietary ColorOS 5.2 on top of it.
As of now, there is no word on the official release date and the price of the device, but we can safely assume it to cost somewhere around $250. There is no live shot of the device as well which is kind of a bummer, but we would keep you posted on the same.
