Asus is reportedly working on launching its latest flagship dubbed the Asus Zenfone 6 soon. A bunch of prototype images of the device has recently got leaked which (somehow) reveals a lot about it.
While there are some live shots which suggest that the Zenfone 6 will sport a triple rear camera setup and an in-display front camera, there are others which show that there will be a dual rear camera setup and a waterdrop notch at the front.
As seen in the image above, there is an under-display front camera which eliminates the need for a notch. There is still a considerable amount of chin at the bottom of the device. At the bottom, we can see a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C charging port.
In the other two images, the Asus Zenfone 6 is shown housing a waterdrop notch. Even the side bezels differ in size in all the images, so it is pretty difficult to make out as to what the final product is going to look like.
Shifting the focus on the rear, there are again two different predictions. While one image shows off the device using a triple camera setup at the back, the other one suggests a dual camera setup instead.
There is a physical fingerprint scanner present in both the images.
As far as the rest of the specifications are concerned, the Asus Zenfone 6 is sure to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with at least 6GB/8GB of RAM.
As of now, there is no word on the price and the release date of the device, but we can expect to receive further intel on the same in the coming days.
